JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Bank.

In the present writ petition, petitioner is seeking a relief that respondent be directed to furnish details of pending dues and settlement of account. He has also prayed that he should be informed that when his account has been declared NPA (Non profitable account).

As per claim of the petitioner, he has taken housing loan from the Bank to the tune of Rs.3,50,000/-. Out of that he has already paid Rs. Two lacs and odd and has shown his intention to settle the outstanding dues of housing loan. He has no idea as

Patna High Court CWJC No.16093 of 2016 dt.07-03-2017 on today what amount he has to pay on that account has written letter to the Bank to furnish the outstanding dues but Bank has not given the same.

As per counsel for the Bank total outstanding dues comes to Rs. 12,03,927/-. As the petitioner has shown eagerness to settle the account, the Regional Manager, Regional Office, Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, Gopalganj is directed to settle the same and petitioner would deposit the outstanding dues. In such view of the matter, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the Regional Manager, Regional Office, Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, Gopalganj who will in turn give direction to the Branch Manager to furnish the details of loan amount and also informed that when his account has been declared NPA.

With the aforesaid observation this writ petition is disposed of.
