The Petitioner seeks bail in Nayaramnagar (Safiya Sarai), P.S. Case No. 39 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 (i) (ii) and 35 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since, 28.02.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25899 of 2017 (2) dt.07-06-2017 2/2 upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Munger in connection with Nayaramnagar(Safiya Sarai), P.S. Case No. 39 of 2017.
