JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 07-01-2022 Let the defects, as pointed out by the office, be removed when called upon to do so by the office. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered in connection with Sitamarhi P.S Case No. 806 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R, the informant namely, Sanjay Kumar received a call from Mobile no. 9117233504 on his Mobile No. 9431253853 for demand of extortion money of Rs. 25 lacs and threatened to kill him.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent, from which the extortion money was demanded belongs to one Brajendra Kumar. Petitioner is not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23515 of 2021(2) dt.07-01-2022 2/2 named in the F.I.R and he has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners , above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court Below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S Case No. 806 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) N.K/- U T
