This is a case registered under Section 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is arrested on 16.03.2017 and has thereafter been remanded in judicial custody on 17.03.2017. The allegation regarding the recovery of some bottles from the motor-cycle which does not belong to him.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25175 of 2017 (2) dt.29-05-2017 2/2 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016-cum-A.D.J.-VII, Begusarai in Naokothi P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017.
