No. 57576 of 2017, inasmuch as father's name of petitioner No.1 has been typed as " Late Jagdish Yadav" in place of "Late Zalim Yadav". It appears that in the cause title of application seeking anticipatory bail father's name of petitioner No.1 was typed as "Late Jagdish Yadav" and accordingly the same has been recorded in the order, dated 13.12.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that out of inadvertence in place of "Late Zalim Yadav", " Late Jagdish Yadav" has been typed in Cr. Misc. No. 57576 of 2017. Considering the above submission, the order, dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7911 of 2018(2) dt.14-03-2018 2/2 13.12.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57576 of 2017 is, hereby, modified.

Let father's name of petitioner No.1 be read as "Late Zalim Yadav" in place of "Late Jagdish Yadav".

The time allowed to the petitioner No.1 to surrender before the Court below is, hereby, extended by four weeks more from today.
