The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is alleged that from the hut of the petitioner, 18.750 litres of liquor were recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery has been made from the joint family hut. It is submitted by learned APP for the State that the recovery has been made from the hut of the petitioner. Considering the nature of recovery, at best, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
