The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No.459 of 2017, arising out of Kishanganj P.S. Case No.577 of 2017, a case under Sections 353/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2017. He was found carrying foreign liquor in a vehicle. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. s Considering the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
