The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15528 of 2017 by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 840 of 2016, arising out of Dharhara P.S. Case No. 207 of 2013, pending in the court of learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Munger.

It is submitted on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner that due to typographical error, in the prayer portion of the bail application Sessions Trial No. 840 of 2016 has wrongly been mentioned in place of Sessions Trial No. 840 of 2014. Similarly in the name of the petitioner @ name as Parshuram

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25123 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 2/2 Yadav was left.

The order dated 21.04.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15528 of 2017, is modified to the extent that on the top of the said order @ name as Parshuram Yadav be also read and similarly in the second paragraph and last paragraph, Sessions Trial No. 840 of 2014 be read in place of Sessions Trial No. 840 of 2016. The present modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
