The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 841 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 504, 506, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the similarly circumstanced co-accused, namely, Avinash Kumar @ Golu, has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.11.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 63387 of 2018. The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2018. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is identical to that of Avinash Kumar @ Golu, who has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court and, as such, the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12448 of 2019(2) dt.28-02-2019 2/2 deserves similar treatment.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 841 of 2017.
