1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 23.10.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.21261 of 2019, the Vice Chancellor, Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur has already disposed off the representation of the petitioner vide order dated 19.06.2025.

2. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the aforesaid order dated 19.06.2025, to the

Patna High Court MJC No.621 of 2020(6) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 extent the same is adverse to the interest of the petitioner, by availing such remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off.
