The Petitioner seeks bail in Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 354 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is the Mother-in-Law of the deceased and is an old aged lady. The allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. The petitioner is rotting in jail since, 24.03.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent. However, co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 20.10.2016 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 33070 of 2016,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24836 of 2017 (2) dt.31-05-2017 2/2 16.02.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 2011 of 2017, and 07.04.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 7872 of 2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S.
