Petitioner is an accused in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 622 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 1765 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.12.2019 Having considered the above facts and circumstances
