JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-03-2017 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner retired on 31.05.2015 as Choukidar from the office of the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Bhabhua, Kaimur, but till date his earned leave and contributory provident fund amount has not been paid. Patna High Court CWJC No.8066 of 2014 dt.30-03-2017 2 / 2 also filed before the respondent no.4 on 22.03.2014, but no steps have been taken in order to redress the grievance of the petitioner. Considering the submissions made above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.4 within six weeks from today along with a copy of the order and in case of filing such representation, respondent no.4 shall be obliged to examine the claim of the petitioner and pass a speaking order within six weeks from the date of receipt of the present case. In case any claim of the petitioner is found admissible, the same should also be paid to the petitioner within the aforementioned period.
