Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 328, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, 2012.
The statement of the victim-girl would reveal that the matter is of love affairs between the victim and co-accused Dhananjay Das who is full-brother of this petitioner. There is no substantial allegation against the petitioner who is a female. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9314 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 connection with Ghosi Police Station Case No. 228 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
