Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307, 379, 354 and 448/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Though the petitioner is named in the FIR, however, there is no allegation of commission of assault against the petitioner. Ornamental allegation of commission of theft is there against the petitioner also. There is case and counter case. Petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2018.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21509 of 2018 (2) dt.17-04-2018 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Kurtha Police Station Case No. 191 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
