Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioners are in custody since 01.01.2019. Investigation of the case is complete. Nepali liquor was recovered from their possession. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the period already undergone and completion of investigation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees
