JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 27-08-2015 The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 30.5.2014 passed by the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur in Complaint Case No. 01 of 2014 whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504 and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of
