JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324 and 304 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that accused Surendra Rai asked his brother Shukumar Rai to put the house of the informant on fire, thereafter, accused persons came armed with deadly weapons and made indiscriminate firing as a result of which, the brother of the informant and the villagers who reached on the spot, received firearm injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury report suggests simple superficial injury caused by hard and blunt substance. A statement has been made in para 3 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1722 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 98 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
