In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made of swindling the Government money in connection with Indira Awas Yojana. This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. If the petitioner surrenders before the court below within six weeks from today, the court below will pass the order without being prejudice of this order.
