The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bahadurpur (Darbhanga) P.S. Case No. 375 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328 and 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. As per prosecution case, petitioner nos. 1 and 2 along with other co-accused persons under conspiracy murdered the son of the informant by administering poison. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 is wife of the deceased and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of deceased. He submitted that during the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13979 of 2023(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 investigation the supervisory authority has found the case of suicide and not murder. However, the charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioners. Both the petitioners are in jail custody since 04.08.2022 and 07.12.2022 respectively. Petitioners are family members of the deceased. They have no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court concerned in connection with Bahadurpur (Darbhanga) P.S. Case No. 375 of 2022.
