The Petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354, 509, 427 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the genesis of the occurence, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 209 of 2014, G.R. No. 2894 of 2014 pending before Sri A.K. Mall, Judicial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2303 of 2015 (3) dt.25-05-2015 2/2 Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj, or his successor in office. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender before the Court below failing which the Court below shall take stringent steps against the Petitioners.
