The petitioner seeks bail in Tariyani P.S. Case No. 310 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Sections 30(a), 30(c) and 37(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

95 litres of mixed Toddy has been recovered from Bathan of this petitioner.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. The said Bathan does not belong to this petitioner and he has got no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2022 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.
