ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Sheohar P.S. case No.139 of 2013 registered under Sections 364 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar.

Considering the nature of material which has transpired against the Petitioner in the statement of the alleged victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected with a direction to the Petitioner to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
