2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.412 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 386, 435 & 379 of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 14, 16, 17, 18, 20, 38, 40 of the U.A.P. Act and under Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.
3. The case of the prosecution, the informant is a contractor of East Central Railway who took construction of a bridge work at Paimar. On 04.09.2016, twenty persons attacked on work site and snatched Rs.50,000/- from various persons. It is further alleged that the informant was receiving

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the FIR was lodged against unknown persons. During course of investigation, one Kamlesh Ram was apprehended and he has given his confessional statement. The name of this petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Kamlesh Ram. It has further been submitted that Kamlesh Ram has been granted bail by learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 5585 of 2017. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 05.12.2025.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State. Learned APP has further submitted that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of five cases.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the trial; petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date and one of the bailor shall be near relative of the petitioner.

7. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned C.J.M., Gaya Ji, in connection with Muffasil P.S.
