The petitioners have filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Patna Mahila P.S. Case No. 127 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Considering the nature of the offence, allegations made against the petitioners, the pleadings made in defence and the submissions advanced at the bar, the petitioners, who are mother-in-law and father-in-law, respectively, of the informant,
