2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 76 of 2023, registered under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that daughter of the informant was done to death by administering poison at her matrimonial house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the petitioner is bhaisur of the deceased. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather the same is

It is next submitted that the petitioner is separate in mess and business from the husband of the deceased. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that other coaccused along with husband of the deceased has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 05.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76630 of 2023.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 76 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
