Case No. 02 of 2020, G.O. 35 of 2020 dated 05.01.2020 instituted for the offence under Section 272/273/34 of the IPC and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018 in which he is in custody since 05.01.2020.

The petitioner was arrested while unloading the consignment of liquor from a vehicle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case and he has clean antecedent.

Regard being had to the period of custody of

No.13290 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 the petitioner and the nature of accusation, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (Excise Act), Darbhanga in connection with Jamalpur P.S.
