2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 , 366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . As per the prosecution case , petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped minor daughter of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. The victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P C has denied the prosecution case and stated that she on her own volition went to the petitioner and solemnized marriage with him.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr. PC and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Chapra district Saran in connection with Derni P.S. case No. 45 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
