Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ishakchak P. S. case no. 42/2014 registered under sections 379 and 411 of the IPC.

Admittedly, name of this petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Vivek Kumar Mandal and stolen CCTV camera was recovered from garage and not from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two
