JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 09.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shahkund P. S. case no. 185/2010 registered under sections 302, 201/34 of the IPC.
Admittedly, petitioners are relatives of husband of deceased and after investigation, police submitted charge sheet under sections 306, 201/34 of the IPC.
Moreover, husband of deceased as well as her inlaws have already been granted regular bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners be released
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.860 of 2015 (2) dt.09-01-2015 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Shahkund P. S. case no. 185/2010 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
