2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though his retiral benefits have been paid but with regard to the correct fixation of his pension, after revision pursuant to the 6th Pay Revision Commission recommendation, the same has still not been paid.

3. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of J. P. University in which specific stand has been taken that the amount has been paid.

4. Be that as it may, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to represent before the Registrar of J. P. University, if he feels that he has been paid less amount than what is due to him. If such representation is filed within three weeks from today, the Registrar of J. P. University shall look into the same and pass a reasoned order within three weeks from the date of filing of such representation. If any further amount is found payable to the petitioner in terms of the order to be passed, the same shall be paid to him within the next three weeks from the date of passing of the order.
