This is a case registered under Sections 147,148,149,323,307 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the First Information Report, it is evident that the allegation has been levelled due to some land dispute with the petitioner's uncle Ramjee Yadav which is said to be from the year 1992. Further submission is that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He is cousin brother of the informant. Other co-accused persons have been acquitted by the learned Court of Additional District Judge 4th, Gaya on 28.01.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25271 of 2017 (2) dt.01-06-2017 2/2 Petitioner is in jail custody since 11.07.2016. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Khijersarai P.S. Case No. 55 of 2005.
