On getting confidential information raid was conducted and during course thereof, altogether 1546.200 litres of foreign wine (Indian origin) were seized. Though there happens to be some sort of confusion from the prosecution report as well as forwarding, however, so far petitioner Vijay Paswan is concerned, both are consistent over his absence as he managed to succeed. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition and is under custody since 3.2.2020 on which date he surrendered before the learned lower court.
