2. This writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:
i) To issue direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents concerned to absorb these petitioners who were said to have worked continuously on the post of Motivator and Senior Motivators since year 2012, i.e. the date of implementation Saakshar Bharat Mission in the State of Bihar, a scheme being carried under the guidance of Central Government, Delhi, keeping with motive to promote and strengthen adult education and the same was implemented in the year 2012 under the joint venture of National Literacy Mission Authority New Delhi and State Literacy Mission Authority, Bihar, on the post upon which these petitioners were said to have posted.
ii) To issue an order/orders, direction/ directions, writ/writs in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the Respondents concerned after absorbing these Petitioners on their earlier respective post, be further directed to regularize these Petitioners after following due rules and regulation as
3/4 prescribed by the State Government and also grant consequential benefits.
(iii) To hold and declare that the action of Respondents concerned who were said to have taken decision on 18.03.2018 by which the Saakshar Bharat Mision- 2012 is came to be end, is deemed to be bad in law, and the same should be deprecated in strong words.
(iv) To issue direction/writs in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the Respondents concerned to reimplement Saakshar Bharat Mission-2012 again which was having motive to promote and strengthen adult education, which might be in the interest of Social Welfare of the State.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to file fresh representation before ( respondent No. 4 ) i. e,. the Director, Adult Education-cum-Additional Secretary, Bihar, Patna , with all the necessary documents in his support.
4. If such representation is filed by the petitioners within six weeks from today, respondent No. 4 is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, preferably, within a period of three months from the date
4/4 of filing of such representation .
5. This writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
