Mr.Shailendra Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39070 of 2017.

It appears that the name of the petitioner has been surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused and he is accused in 29 other cases.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than three years and there is no substantive progress in the trial.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

From perusal of the record, it appears that the petitioner has not produced in the trial Court and due to that not a single witness has been examined.

No.16916 of 2019(3) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, learned trial Court is directed to conduct the trial, if possible on regular basis and at the same time and at the same time, Superintendent of Jail, Saran is directed to produce the accused in the trial court on the date fixed.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
