2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 171 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has said before his death that the petitioner has shot at him.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2024.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
