The Petitioner seeks bail in Parbatta (Maraiya) P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. The petitioner is in custody since, 09.01.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Khagaria in
