JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2025 The present petition is by way of fourth attempt at the behest of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 170 of 2020, arising out of Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 91 of 2014, for the offence registered under Sections 302, 384 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, inasmuch as all the petitions filed by the petitioner earlier for grant of regular bail have stood dismissed. 2.

This Court by an order dated 28.02.2025 had called for a report from the learned Court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-III, Begusarai with regard to the present stage of the trial and the time likely to be consumed for conclusion of the same. In pursuance thereof, the learned Court of District & Additional Sessions Judge-III, Begusarai has furnished a report dated 18.03.2025, wherein it has been stated that the prosecution

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13382 of 2025(3) dt.25-04-2025 2/2 evidence was closed on 10.03.2025 and date has been fixed for 05.04.2025 for recording statement under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition. 4.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
