The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 06.11.2014 by which the petition of the petitioner filed under Section 227 of the Cr.P.C. for his discharge has been dismissed.

The order impugned is assailed on the ground that there is no credible evidence available on record but it appears from the order itself that the learned Sessions Judge has discussed and perused the entire case diary and found that there is allegation against all the accused persons that they indiscriminately assaulted the informant and also fired at him. Firearm injuries are also found on the person of the informant. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I find no illegality in the order. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
