Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission is that except confessional statement of petitioner, there is no other material, neither he was put on TI Parade nor any incriminating article was recovered. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Goh Police Station Case No. 63 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20634 of 2018 (2) dt.17-04-2018 2/2 which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
