Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The impugned order reveals that the learned 11th Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra, while refusing prayer for bail of the petitioners on 25.01.2019 had allowed liberty to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail after completion of 45 days of custody from the date of order. The petitioners may renew their prayer for bail before the court below in connection with Panapur Police Station Case No. 181 of 2018.
With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
