2. The present application has been filed for issuing a direction upon the respondent nos.1 to 6 to take legal action against accused persons, do proper investigation of Jamui P.S. Case No.230 of 2023, dated 13.04.2023 under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and complete it forthwith under appropriate section of law.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that chargesheet has been submitted in the case and mobile of the petitioner has been recovered.

4. It has further been submitted that the case is pending for cognizance in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.

5. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court if the situation so demands in future.

6. The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui is directed to pass an order upon the chargesheet within a week from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

7. Let a copy of the order be communicated forthwith through FAX or e-mail to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Jamui.
