The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baliya P.S. Case No.110 of 2023 registered for the offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are said to have looted Rs.87,000/- from the informant.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and there is no legal evidence against him. It has also been submitted that the petitioner is ready to compensate the informant by making part payment of loss. He is ready to pay an amount of Rs.30,000/- to the informant without accepting his guilt.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Baliya P.S. Case No.110 of 2023.

At the time of furnishing bail bonds, the petitioner shall furnish a demand draft of Rs.30,000/- prepared in the name of the informant. The Court below shall hand over the said demand draft to the informant. If the petitioner furnishes the demand draft, his bail bonds shall be accepted by the Court below. If the petitioner does not furnish the bail bonds, his bail bonds shall not be accepted by the Court below. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
