2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for directing and commanding the respondents to give the possession over the land situated at Rohua Aapuchh bearing Khata no. 266, Khesara no. 182/1, bearing its area 0.10 and land situated at Kothiya bearing Khata n. 97, Khesara no. 2 & 191P bearing its area.02 & 0.48 decimal

Patna High Court CWJC No.17650 of 2016(2) dt.05-08-2025 2/3 respectively, which has been given to the petitioner by the competent authority through Basgit parcha in year 1991 under Bihar Privilege person Homestead tenancy Act;

(ii) for directing and commanding the respondents not to allow any person to convert the nature of the land in question in any manner;

(iii) and also for any other relief/ relieves for which petitioner is found to be legally entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. A counter affidavit of respondent no.4 duly signed by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Muzaffarpur is on record and as per para-11, if the petitioner has any grievance, he may raise before the competent authority under the statute.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the competent authority in next four weeks.

5. Learned State counsel has no objection.

6. The writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to
