2. The petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2017 in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 800 of 2016 for the alleged offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and he has not named in the First Information Report which is instituted against unknown persons and no test identification parade has been conducted for his identification.

4. Considering however, that the petitioner is accused in as many as 14 other cases and his bail bonds in respect of cases enumerated at para 3 (i) to (vii) and (ix) has been cancelled due to non-appearance and pairvy in the learned Court below, this Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25316 of 2017 (3) dt.01-07-2017 is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
