The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barauli P.S. Case No.282 of 2018, registered under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that while she was sitting on her Darwaza, Ramesh Yadav, the petitioner, Nagendra Yadav, Amresh Yadav and Rinku Devi having armed with different weapons came and started assaulting the informant. On the order of Nagendra Yadav, the petitioner, Ramesh Yadav is alleged to have strangulated the informant and the informant became unconscious. She got her consciousness in the hospital. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a counter version from the side of the petitioner. Rinku Devi filed Complaint Case No.2622 of 2018. The occurrence took

No.12362 of 2019(3) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 place due to land dispute but it appears from perusal of the case diary as well as the injury report that it was petitioner who forcibly strangulated the neck of the informant and the blood started oozing from the ear of the informant. Taking into consideration the facts and nature of allegations made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
