JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 The petitioner prays for a restraint order to the district authorities of Sitamarhi district in the matter of construction of a community hall which according to the petitioner is being done on Plot No. 6493 in village Kumardah Block Bathanaha in Sitamarhi District which is a Gair Majarua Aam land and is being used as public road.

Perusal of the documents enclosed in the writ petition manifests that the petitioner had also approached the

Patna High Court CWJC No.699 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 Commissioner, Tirhut Division at Muzaffarpur drawing his attention to the issue and who vide order bearing Memo No. 5693 dated 31.12.2014 has directed the District-Magistrate, Sitamarhi to look into the matter.
