Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Allegation is that 120 grams of ganja was recovered from possession of the petitioner in different small packets. Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of three months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
