The Petitioner was allowed provisional anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 22.01.2015. Since the Petitioner has not appeared before this Court, evidently, it means that he is not ready to live with the Opposite Party No. 2.

Be that as it may, considering the merits of the case, Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the dated 22.1.2015 passed by this Court in connection with Complaint Case No. 145 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur, is hereby, confirmed on the same terms.
