27-08-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned A.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. Two petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sadar P.S. Case No. 468 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the F.I.R., the informant has alleged that on 08-09-2019, she alongwith her other family members had gone to Begusarai for funeral of her gotni and when she returned on next date, she saw the lock of her house as also lock of godrej were broken. It is further alleged by informant that locks of house of her land-lord was also broken and all the ornaments alongwith cash were stolen.

No.11397 of 2020(3) dt.27-08-2020 2/2 It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown and name of petitioners has come during investigation on confessional statement of co-accused Shohel Khan @ Bittu in Sadar P.S. Case No. 527 of 2019. Save and except this, there is nothing against these petitioners. It is further submitted that petitioners are ladies and no incriminating article has been recovered from their conscious possession. Petitioners have noting to do with the alleged occurrence. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the anticipatory bail application of petitioners is allowed.

In the event of arrest or surrender within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, let the above-named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 468 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J.)
